Caleb Williams is struggling to prove why he was the first pick of the 2024 Draft. In the game against the Houston Texans, the Bears fell 19-13. Williams also added two interceptions to his name.
In the post-game interview, he told reporters that he acknowledged making mistakes in the game and promised not to repeat them again. But in the game against the Indianapolis Colts, he did it again.
In the second quarter, with almost 9 minutes left on the clock, he threw an interception. Eventually, the Colts managed to convert it into a touchdown as well. At the time of writing, the Bears are trailing 0-7.

"Worst #1 pick of all time," another fan said that Caleb Williams was the worst overall first pick.
"WHAT A BUST 😂😂😂😂 FIELDS CLEARS" one fan said that the Bears should've just stuck with Justin Fields.

Caleb Williams uses a wristband to communicate the plays
The rookie Bears QB could be seen sporting a wristband for the first time in his NFL career to communicate plays to his teammates. According to Ian Rapoport, the wristband will help the QB have a "faster and cleaner operation" when calling plays.
The Bears had already been penalized twice this season for running out the clock when it comes to snapping the ball. The wristband will hopefully, help him get out of the huddle faster and hence give him more time to analyze defenses before the ball is snapped to him.
OC Shane Waldron also told reporters earlier this week, that he had tweaked his playbook to help the rookie, fresh off college, adjust better to the NFL.
"Having good variety, having a good mix of what we're asking him to do in different known passing situations right there. Obviously, having the run game come to life in some of those scenarios as well and really being able to mix and match and play with some variety," he said.
After throwing the interception, however, he seemed really disappointed in himself.
