Stefon Diggs isn’t letting the tabloids get under his skin, at least not publicly. The New England Patriots wide receiver addressed the media on Tuesday after the Memorial Day yacht party video with Cardi B went viral.

When asked about the yacht incident, where Diggs was seen chatting with women and handing an unidentified pink substance, he kept it tight.

"I want to be as candid with you as possible, but I kind of have a thing where I don't talk about my personal life with people I don't know personally," Diggs said.
"I had a conversation with (Mike) Vrabel, obviously, and I'm going to echo everything that he said. He told me he's hoping everybody is making good decisions. And I had a conversation with people in the building as well. So everything else is everything else. The particulars are all internal."

Patriots Coach Mike Vrabel confirmed he knew the situation but didn’t understand the specifics. Diggs, though composed, grew visibly annoyed after reporters wouldn’t let up.

"Obviously, I don't want to be rude, but I hate to repeat myself for the fourth time," Diggs said.

Diggs is coming off a torn ACL injury that derailed his 2024 season with the Houston Texans. He aims to bounce back in Foxborough after inking a three-year, $69 million deal.

Stefon Diggs shares his thoughts about Patriots HC Mike Vrabel

Stefon Diggs is buying what Mike Vrabel’s selling. The Patriots’ newest weapon is singing his head coach’s praises, after getting in trouble with Vrabel when his yacht party video with Cardi B and several models went viral.

“You can tell he was a player," Diggs told reporters at Patriots minicamp. "Obviously, he wants to take care of you. But he’s committed to the grind. I can tell he was part of championship teams. He knows what it looks like. He knows what the DNA looks like – and he’s a grinder. He’s not going to take it easy.”

The four-time Pro Bowler may still be easing back from ACL surgery, but he’s clearly all in on Vrabel’s culture shift in Foxborough. He's limited in minicamp, but Diggs has already engaged in playful banter with Vrabel.

“He talks a lot of smack,” Diggs said. “I’m a huge fan of him. I can’t wait to play for him. He’s got that itch that you want to run through a wall for him. I look forward to it. He’s got that itch that you want to run through a wall for him. I look forward to it. Me and him go back and forth in practice and I’m not even participating..”

Diggs is eyeing a fresh chapter, and Vrabel appears to be the coach he wants leading it.
