The NFL world has reacted with sadness to the death of Pele, born Edson Arantes do Nascimento, at the age of 82.Pelé, a Brazilian soccer player, died from colon cancer. He was in the hospital for a month after a lengthy battle with the disease. His death was announced on Thursday afternoon.Pele is the only footballer to ever win three World Cups. He had his right kidney removed back in 1977, but the news was kept a secret until a few years ago.
