Mason Taylor's mother, Katina Taylor, celebrated the rookie tight end's birthday, a couple of weeks after he was drafted by the New York Jets. In a post on Instagram, Katina shared snaps of the former LSU star's draft experience, which was held at home in Florida.
Katina greeted him on his 21st birthday, one day after graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in just three years. She shared how proud she was of Mason and that she hoped he always keeps the joy he has for football and life.
"Happy 21st Birthday to my baby! 🥳 Yesterday you graduated from LSU in just 3 years and today on your 21st birthday you left for New York to start your first job! We couldn’t be happier for you Mason, may all your dreams come true. May you always play football with the joy you did in the park. Love you beyond measure, forever and ever. 💚," Katina wrote on May 8.
It was a busy month for the Taylor family as Mason's brother, Isaiah, also graduated. He attended the University of Miami, where he will pursue his Master's Degree.
