Jordan Love sprained his MCL during the Green Bay Packers' season-opening loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Details of the quarterback's injury didn't emerge until hours after the game. However, Matthew Stafford diagnosed Love's injury immediately after seeing it.
In the latest episode of The Morning After Media podcast, Matthew Stafford's wife, Kelly, revealed the quarterback's ability to diagnose injuries. When recalling how Stafford accurately diagnosed Jordan Love's injury, Kelly said:

"Matthew can diagnose injuries like no one. When did Jordan Love play? I think he got hurt, and I was telling Matthew about it because he wasn't able. I was like, 'it looked like it was painful. It looked bad with the knee'. And he goes, 'If it was painful like that, my guess is an MCL.' And that as***le was right. He just knows." (2:53)
Kelly Stafford recently went viral for her decision to miss husband's season-opener against the Detroit Lions. However, she attended the game and was dumbfounded by the quarterback's no-look pass. During the same podcast, Kelly explained why she changed her plans for the Rams game.
Matthew Stafford's wife Kelly reveals why she decided to attend Rams vs. Lions
Later in the podcast, Kelly Stafford revealed her initial plans to miss the Rams vs Lions. However, she changed her mind and enjoyed the game in person. She said:
"Obviously, I decided to go. I changed my mind. Turns out people can do that. I decided that my mom and dad didn't raise a girl that's going to cower down to fans and not watch my husband play when I should damn well be there to support, especially if I'm in that City. We don't know how much longer Matthew's going to play, so it is like, why would I not go." (8:55)
She then revealed her father was impressed by her decision to attend the game.
"I called my dad, and he was like, 'Where are you?' and I was like, 'Well, I'm still in Detroit,' and he goes, 'I knew it'. He goes 'I knew my cup would come around. You're way too strong to let these people think they can tell you what to do. That just made my heart swell because I love my dad. But the experience, honestly, was great."
