“Davante Adams over Tyreek Hill? I officially hate this sport” – NFL fans pile on 2022 All-Pro First Team’s big omission

NFL fans are livid that Miami Dolphins Tyreek Hill and New York Jets Sauce Gardner were omitted from the All-Pro team, but Davante Adams was named to the team.
NFL fans are livid that Miami Dolphins' Tyreek Hill and New York Jets' Sauce Gardner were omitted from the All-Pro team, but Davante Adams was named

On Wednesday morning, NFL fans were treated to the release of the 2022 All-Pro First Team honors for the season. But some fans were not happy with what they saw when they read the list.

Las Vegas Raiders' Davante Adams and Minnesota Vikings' Justin Jefferson were selected as the wide receivers for the first-team All-Pro. While Jefferson and the Vikings had a solid season, it was Adams' selection that had the fans very confused. Many believe that Miami Dolphins' star wide receiver Tyreek Hill should have been selected instead.

Hill has had 119 receptions for 1,710 yards and seven touchdowns this season. His overall ability as a playmaker helped lead the Dolphins to the AFC playoffs. For his part, Adams had 100 receptions for 1,516 yards and 14 touchdowns this season.

The NFLPA All-Pro team is voted on by the players in the National Football League. This has many NFL fans on Twitter trying to determine why there were some significant snubs on the list.

Tyreek Hill, even after his move from the Kansas City Chiefs, is still one of the biggest names in football, yet he was snubbed for Davante Adams. New York Jets rookie cornerback Sauce Gardner was also left off the list, which also surprised fans.

Cowboys' Micah Parsons not on NFL All-Pro First Team list

The NFLPA All-Pro First Team list has fans in complete disbelief. Tyreek Hill and Sauce Gardner, who could be named the Rookie of the Year, were both left out. However, they aren't the only surprising omissions. Reigning Rookie Defensive Player of the Year, Micah Parsons of the Dallas Cowboys was also left off the list.

Parsons, who is considered a top contender for the Defensive Player of the Year, was given All-Pro honors. San Francisco 49ers edge rusher Nick Bosa, who is also a consideration for Defensive Player of the Year, did make the list though.

Fans are more concerned with these lists and honors than players are, especially at this point in the season. The players are playing to win a championship and the stats and notoriety aren't what they are truly concerned about.
