Sorry bud you have to take one for the team!1@JCooperTV @cdotharrison Let him out after the Super Bowl. Sorry bud you have to take one for the team!According to Tulsa County Jail records, Babudar was arrested for armed robbery on December 16, 2022. Authorities responded to an armed robbery incident in Bixby, Oklahoma, at the Tulsa Teachers Credit Union. An eyewitness gave a description of the Chiefs fan and the route he took after leaving the bank to evade the police.Per Emily Farris of NBCDFW, Bixby police set up a perimeter and detained him, who had a weapon and massive amounts of money. There were no reported bodily injuries to bank employees or witnesses. The arrest records say Babudar was wearing a mask during the robbery. It does not say if it was the wolf mask he dons at home games. Why the Chiefs superfan wanted to be out ahead of Super Bowl 57His arrest happened just two days prior to the Chiefs defeating the Texans in Houston. Fans started guessing and joking that Babudar was behind the bank robbery. He claims to have two gambling tickets: $5,000 on Patrick Mahomes winning NFL MVP and another $5,000 on the Chiefs winning Super Bowl 57. If the tickets are successful, he will receive $100,000.Let's see if Babudar and tickets cash in as the Kansas City Chiefs face the Philadelphia Eagles and if the 2018 NFL MVP, Mahomes, wins the award for the second time in his career.
