The Washington Commanders have been feeling the heat from all sides. Pundits, fans, the United States government, and even its players are unhappy with the working conditions. In a survey put out by the NFLPA to all 32 teams, the Commanders saw scathing reviews. According to results found by Sports Illustrated, the team ranked last in two categories.

They also ranked near the bottom in five of the eight categories. The team only ranked higher than the top 14 in one category. The team ranked first overall with their strength coaches, but it went downhill from there.

Will Dan Snyder's team reach the playoffs in 2023?

The team's treatment of families, training room, locker room, and team travel all received an F or worse. The training staff and food service and nutrition received a D and D+, respectively. The weight room received a C+, and the strength coaches received an A+.

The rankings came two months after the Commanders wrapped up their 8-8-1 season as the only NFC East team to miss the playoffs.

Of course, many expect workers in every industry to be unhappy with their conditions and to always want more. However, several teams received glowing reviews about their facilities in the survey.

The Packers, Texans, Raiders, Vikings and Giants all earned at least a B in every category asked about on the sheet. Many additional teams only had one or two grades below that, meaning that the results indicate they should be taken seriously and serve as more than a vent session for exhausted players.
