The Tennessee Titans are on a mission to rebuild their squad. And it seems like Germaine Pratt could fit right into that vision. The LB was released by the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday. Titans HC Brian Callahan recently made his feelings known about the defensive star.

While speaking to the media in a press conference on Tuesday, Callahan stated that his team is not at a point where they can turn their nose up at a good player.

"Players are available, you do your due diligence. You know, it always takes, takes two sides to make something happen. There's got to be interest on both sides. But we're certainly not at the point where we would ever turn our nose up at a player that's available."

"We'll do our research. We'll do our due diligence whether that materializes or not, who knows, but we're always going to look into those guys, and especially, you know, as we get into training camp with the with the top waiver claim, that's something else that's going to come up a lot too, is just we owe it to our team.

"Our front office does a great job with it of sort of always mining whatever is available to see if we can improve our team somewhere."

The Titans' QB Cam Ward is preparing for the upcoming season with full force

Cam Ward has been the talk of the town ever since he joined the Titans. The QB has reportedly been arriving at the Titans' training facility at 5 a.m. to get in some extra film study and prep time. However, his eagerness to learn has led to him getting kicked out.

Ward explained that being an early bird is just a part of his process and said:

“It’s just my process. It’s how I’ve always been in college until now. It’s how I get everything in, whether it’s film, treatment-wise. I gotta get everything in to start my day, to end my day by whatever time you gotta get it done.”

The Team's coach, Brian Callahan, is seemingly impressed with Ward's work ethic. It'll be interesting to see how far the No. 1 pick takes Tennessee next season.
