The NFL officials have made some questionable calls during games in recent weeks. Some of those calls have determined the outcome of those games, leaving many disappointed.
Several controversial calls were made this week, and former Seattle Seahawks star cornerback Richard Sherman wasn't shy about criticizing the officials. He felt that the referees were ruining the game in front of everyone's eyes and that some decisions needed to be made.

"I'm very frustrated with the officiating in the NFL right now, because they're determining way too many ball games and getting way too involved in ball games.
"Whether it's an unnecessary roughness fine that's on Kareem Jackson, there's a small strike zone you got and you lay in physical hits like that. And they're affecting ballgames. We have a beautiful game and it's being ruined by things like this."
Richard Sherman is not the only one who is frustrated with the NFL referees, as some teams have lost games due to the officials' mistakes. Hopefully, the situation can be resolved soon.
NFL officials left many fans frustrated
There were many questionable calls at the end of the Cleveland Browns vs Indianapolis Colts game, and it certainly played a role in the result of that fixture.
The Browns were fortunate enough to find themselves on the right side for the second straight week, but the Colts were absolutely gutted after that loss. Last week, the Browns got the benefit of another controversial call against the San Francisco 49ers, which helped them to win that game.
Moreover, some Dolphins fans were also upset about the level of officiating during the game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Although it is not humanly possible for the NFL officials to get every call correct, they must improve or use technology to assist them in critical situations.
