Russell Wilson and the Denver Broncos suffered another devastating loss, this time to the Carolina Panthers. The Broncos' offense, once again, failed to show up and scored just 10 points against the Panthers.

Sam Darnold, who was making his first start of the season, led the Panthers to a 23-10 win over the Broncos. During the loss for the Broncos, Mike Purcell was seen yelling at Russell Wilson. Purcell was frustrated by his team's poor offense.

Russell Wilson didn't yell back. Instead, he just listened to what Purcell said. While this happened, Broncos head coach Nathaniel Hackett stood beside them.

Here's how social media reacted to the altercation between Mike Purcell and Russell Wilson:

With this loss, the Denver Broncos are now 3-8 and have one of the worst records in the AFC this season. They don't even have a first-round pick for next year's draft as they traded it to the Seattle Seahawks to acquire Wilson.

The franchise is in a very troubling situation. If Wilson doesn't improve going forward, this trade will go down as one of the worst trades in NFL history.

After the loss to the Carolina Panthers, Russell Wilson spoke about his altercation with Mike Purcell in the press conference. Here's what he said:

"Mike and I are on the same page, you know, we, he came off, you know, after they kicked the field goal, and he was pissed off, he was just sad. So, me and him on the same page, we, you know, there's no, there's no animosity there that all we're on the same page, we got to win, you know..."

Wilson continued:

"We got to be able to win these, you know, these football games, and, you know, it's so those guys are out there battling every play, you know, in offense, we got to be able to capitalize. And so um, so yeah, no, there's nothing there at all. I mean, me and him, there was no, nothing there."

Hopefully, Wilson will be able to regain the trust of his teammates or the situation will get worse for the Denver Broncos.

They will face the Baltimore Ravens next week, and it is going to be tough for them to come away with a win from that game.
