We all remember Tom Brady's brief retirement at the end of last season, don't we? The 40-day hiatus from the NFL after 22 years of playing at the highest level. We all thought we had seen the last of Brady.

But that wasn't the case and within 40 days, the announcement that he was returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers flooded social media and sent fans into a frenzy...but what did he do during those 40 days?

What are the Buccaneers' odds to win the Super Bowl?

We just found out, and it turns out that the 45-year-old has a knack for making music. The talented quarterback recently posted to his Instagram page and stated that Hertz needed music for all the commercials they were making. Well, Brady stepped up. He wrote:

"I took a music production class during my retirement so I could help score the @hertz commercial. Shoutout to One Republic’s own @ryantedder for the help!"

Tom Brady the music producer? Say it ain't so. But during his retirement, albeit a brief one, the quarterback took a music production class. Going by the video he posted, it looks like it was worth it.

The quarterback is talented at many things, sports-wise, but now it appears we can add music production to the list of things he excels at as well.

The music theme here is appropriate, as Brady and his team, after an up-and-down season, are finally marching to the beat they created. A playoff berth fully secured.

While it seems up in the air for the majority of the season, over the last five weeks, the Buccaneers have won crucial division games against the New Orleans Saints and the Carolina Panthers.

That has meant that Tampa Bay sitting at 8-8 have secured a playoff berth with one game remaining in the season. Now, we know that Tampa Bay may not go all the way, but it has achieved its first objective, make the playoffs, with the help of Mike Evans.

Once there, no one will doubt the ability of the seven-time Super Bowl champ to pull a rabbit out of the hat. What's more, they will get a home playoff game as a division winner and at the time of writing it looks like Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys will be their opponents.

Bet against the 45-year-old at your peril.
