Tom Brady and Sean Payton could be the hottest names on the market at the moment, and one NFL analyst has not closed the door on a team getting both.

Speaking on the Rich Eisen Show, show host Rich Eisen said one of the building blocks for the Dallas Cowboys and Jerry Jones in 2027 was on the market right now:

"The quarterback is there in Brady, if he [Jerry Jones] really wants to blow [quarterback] up, and the coach is there in Sean Payton, if he wants to blow [head coach] up, and he could just totally redo everything, blow it up and deal with the aftermath. In 2025, 2026, and 2027, with Sean Payton getting another new quarterback at some point."

Will Tom Brady be wearing shoulder pads in 2023?

Tom Brady and Sean Payton both retired after the 2021 season. The Buccaneers quarterback returned after just six weeks, while Payton took the entire year off.

However, at this moment, the quarterback has a long list of options before him. He could retire from the game to join FOX in the broadcast booth. He could also return to the gridiron after choosing from a large pool of teams, including one with which he just won a division. He has clarified that he is taking his time with the decision.

Meanwhile, the former Saints head coach also has several options ahead of him. He can continue to enjoy retirement or stick around in the media.

If he does desire to return, the coach has several teams interested in him, with the Denver Broncos and the Arizona Cardinals seemingly at the top of the list.

Will the coach and the quarterback return to the NFL battlefield in 2023, or will they both find themselves with FOX?
