"Tom f***ing Brady", "The GOAT of all GOATs" - NFL players pay homage to QB after Bucs' unbelievable comeback win over Saints on MNF

Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Tom Brady

Tom Brady's book of incredible comebacks added another chapter on Monday night. The quarterback helped the Tampa Bay Buccaneers overcome a 16-3 deficit with two touchdown passes in the final three minutes to beat the New Orleans Saints.

Brady first found tight end Cade Otton from two yards out to help the Buccaneers get within six of the Saints' score. The touchdown pass to Otton was Brady's 200th to a tight end.

After the Saints went three-and-out on their final possession of the game, Brady took over. He engineered his 56th career game-winning drive, capping it off with a short pass to rookie Rachaad White.

In the final 5:21 of the fourth quarter, Brady completed 14 of his 19 pass attempts for 118 yards and two touchdowns. NFL players, past and present, were in awe of the Buccaneers superstar. Here are some of the best reactions:

Brady's teammate Ryan Jensen, who is out injured, had the simplest reaction to the quarterback's late-game heroics:

Tom Brady and Buccaneers' playoff odds improve after win over Saints

With this win over the New Orleans Saints, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers took a huge step towards winning the division title. They improved to 6-6 and are 1.5 games clear of the 5-8 Atlanta Falcons, who are currently second in the NFC South standings. The loss all but ended the Saints' hopes of making it to the postseason.

While the Falcons can still usurp the Buccaneers to win the division and clinch a playoff berth, it's unlikely. Brady, though, will turn his attention towards ensuring the Buccaneers do not finish the season with a losing record.

The seven-time Super Bowl champion hasn't been on a roster with a losing record since his rookie season with the New England Patriots. The Buccaneers need three wins to ensure Brady's 22-season streak of finishing the season with a winning record continues.

With the 2022 season reaching a critical phase, it will be interesting to see if the legendary quarterback can lead the Buccaneers into the playoffs. Tampa Bay will definitely be as tough a side as any to play when the postseason arrives and they will doubtless cause an upset or two. Keep an eye out for the Buccaneers in January.
