As per NFL.com, Kamara's attorneys Drew Findling, David Chesnoff, and Richard Schonfeld released a statement that said:

"The State has avoided a contested preliminary hearing by indicting Mr. Kamara, He intends to vigorously fight the allegations at trial as he was defending himself and others at the time of the incident."

Kamara and other defendants were arrested in Vegas last year as the alleged incident transpired during the 2022 Pro Bowl weekend. The NFL is constantly reviewing the situation and will make a decision soon.

As per reports, Greene told Las Vegas Metro police that on the morning of Feb. 5, 2022, he was waiting for an elevator, and once the elevator doors opened, Kamara allegedly placed his hand on Greene's chest, preventing him from entering.

Greene claimed he pushed Kamara aside and was then violently pressed. The alleged victim claimed he was then attacked and kicked by several individuals before losing consciousness. He identified Kamara as one of the men who assaulted him.

According to the police report, Greene suffered an orbital fracture in his right eye, and he also filed a civil action in Louisiana seeking $10 million in damages and a jury trial. Alvin Kamara was not suspended for any games this season as the league awaited a court verdict before taking any action against him.
