On Tuesday, Fox Sports dropped its latest power rankings and the usual suspects were on top. The Detroit Lions, who survived a scare on Thanksgiving Day against the Chicago Bears and improved to 11-1, sit at the top. However, the Buffalo Bills being placed second and the Philadelphia Eagles ranking third caused a bit of a stir.
Both teams were victorious in Week 13, as the Bills hammered the San Francisco 49ers 35-10 at Highmark Stadium, and the Eagles beat the Baltimore Ravens 24-19 at M&T Bank Stadium.
Despite both teams being 10-2, many fans argued that Philadelphia is a better team than Buffalo and should rank above them:

"The bills fluke win in the snow showed you they were better than the eagles??? Come on now," one fan wrote.
"Eagles are the best team in the league right now. Lions have too many injuries Chiefs are a house of cards Bills are up there," one fan said.
Some even claimed that the Eagles are head and shoulders above the rest of the league and should be ranked #1:
"Eagles are the best team in the league" - Claimed another fan.
"The Eagles are much better than the Bills and Lions. By definition should be #1." - Opined one fan added.
Bills and Eagles Super Bowl odds: Who is the favorite to win it all?
Despite the Bills and Eagles' sizzling form, most betting sites agree with Fox Sports and have the Lions as the favorites to lift the Lombardi Trophy in New Orleans in February.
On BetMGM, Buffalo and Philadelphia have the same odds (+500) to win the Super Bowl. They are joined by reigning and two-time defending champions Kansas City Chiefs as the second-most favored team to be the last team standing.
The Chiefs' inability to win convincingly has hurt their reputation. They are the #1 seed in the AFC but most believe they won't even make it past the division round. The Bills have been billed as the best team in the conference and the betting odds reflect that.
The Eagles have won eight straight and are seemingly getting better with each passing week. It wouldn't be a surprise if they finish as the #1 seed in the NFC and head into the playoffs as the odds-on favorites to win the Super Bowl.
It's difficult to pick one team between the Bills and the Eagles as the better roster. Perhaps they will answer the question with a duel at the Caesars Superdome on February 9th.
