Ever since the rumors of Aaron Rodgers joining the Pittsburgh Steelers started doing the rounds, fans and experts have begun predicting their upcoming campaign. While many believe that the Steelers will, without a doubt, make a championship run, NFL analyst Dan Orlovsky believes otherwise.
While addressing Rodgers' future with Pittsburgh on Monday's edition of ESPN's "Get Up," Orlovsky said that the team is in a bad place.
"Worst place they could be in," Orlovsky said. "So, he's good enough, they're good enough, they're gonna go 9-8, 10-7. They won't matter in the playoffs, and we all know that. And then they're not that bad enough to get a top 8 pick and finally find the quarterback in the future."

Orlovsky went on to address the problems the Steelers' offensive line has.

"So anybody who says that, 'Aaron Rodgers can't play anymore,' you're just being a hater because of some of the things you don't like about him as a person. But this still is a subpar offensive line.
"They only have really DK Metcalf on the front end. (Pat) Freiermuth is a really nice tight end. They don't work the middle of the field right now and maybe that will change with Aaron but Aaron didn't necessarily do it a ton last year."
Pat McAfee highlights a red flag about Aaron Rodgers' deal with the Steelers
Aaron Rodgers has signed a one-year deal with the Steelers and is expected to be their starting quarterback for the 2025 season. However, many are skeptical about whether he will be able to perform at a high level at the age of 41.
Speaking on "The Pat McAfee Show" on Monday, the former Indianapolis Colts punter pointed out a red flag.
"I think they're thinking with one weapon, like DK Metcalf, which they brought in for $132 million, with one quarterback that can maybe operate this offense," McAfee said. "And Arthur Smith wants to operate if we can keep TJ Watt, which they're still going to have to figure out."
McAfee added:
"If Aaron can come in here and matriculate the ball down the field and eat up some clock, make smart choices, not have any turnovers, the Pittsburgh Steelers are dancing in the playoffs yet again, and once they get into playoffs, who knows, especially with how good their defense is."
With so much buzz around Rodgers' move to the Steelers, it'll be interesting to see how far he takes the franchise next season.
