Ciara and Russell Wilson are no strangers to the usual critics. Not only have people targeted the couple professionally, but also their personal lives. Of course, the 37-year-old has never shied away from voicing her opinion.
In a recent story, Ciara called out people hating on her and Wilson. Using her own screenshot, Ciara stated that everyone was 'missing the point', and she was just going to watch them do so.

Ciara's story came shortly after her song's release. The singer added the song 'Da Girls' to her story, which probably reflected her current mood. She also cross-posted the same image and message on Twitter.
Users were mostly unhappy with Ciara, with some even connecting her music to Wilson's performance with the Denver Broncos. Though he was brought to the Broncos in hopes of a stellar performance, the QB struggled to make a mark in Denver.
Wilson, on his end, seems to be gearing up for the 2023 season.
Wilson, of course, ended up cheering for Ciara on his own. He wrote on IG:

One of the most discussed topics around the Oscars was Ciara and her bold outfit choice. Her bejewled halter dress was certainly a point of concern for a few viewers, who ended up disliking her taste as a married woman.
In the TikTok video, Ciara wore a white sheet with glasses, stating that this was the outfit people wanted her to wear to the Oscars.
Ciara, however, had the perfect response:

Her fans were impressed with the stand, happy about her speaking up over the issue.

Many asked Wilson to divorce Ciara, unhappy with the way the singer was acting. While the 34-year-old did not address the Oscars directly, he has continued to support Ciara on social media.
