NFL QB Rankings: The Top 3

Who has made it to the top three QB rankings for week 6?

#3 - Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys

Dak Prescott might very well win NFL Comeback Player of the Year on top of leading his team right to the top of the NFC East. He dropped to number three in this week's rankings, but should not remain here.

The Dallas Cowboys are 4-1 and that is because Prescott has been slinging the ball as if he had never been injured at all.

Although Prescott has dropped a bit in his yardage, his 13 touchdown passes are good for third in the league. That's with the fact that his second-place passer rating has elevated the Cowboys offense to new heights.

The Cowboys have a top-three quarterback amongst their ranks and the number one cornerback in the league in Trevon Diggs. It may be the Cowboys' year to make some huge noise in the NFC.

#2 - Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams

Matthew Stafford has been quietly and efficiently working his way through the top rankings this week. On top of him being the number two rated quarterback for this week's power rankings, he is also sneakily throwing his hat into the ring for MVP honors.

Stafford is as tough as they come as he had to pop his finger back into place and still achieved 365 yards when the Rams beat the Seahawks in Thursday Night Football.

Stafford sits at number three in passing yards, number three in passer rating, number five in touchdown passes, and number three in yards per game. There is no mistake that the Rams won the trade between the Detroit Lions.

#1 - Tom Brady, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

All hail the ageless King. Tom Brady has proven over and over again that he is the greatest quarterback to ever play the game of football. That point was further proven when the Tampa Bay Buccaneers dismantled the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

Brady may have found the fountain of youth, as he is playing just as well, or even better than his formidable NFL years. At 44 years old, he leads the league in yards, touchdown passes, and yards per game. His passer rating is good for fifth in the league. He belongs at number one for the quarterback rankings across the board.
