Joe Mixon continues to climb the ranks for rushing yards this season. He is on fire right now, rushing for 288 yards in his last two games combined and scoring nine total touchdowns across his last five games. In addition to having the third-most rushing yards, he also has the third-most carries and rushing touchdowns as well. He is having, by far, the best season of his career.

#2 - Derrick Henry, Tennessee Titans - 937 rushing yards

Derrick Henry has not played in the last four games for the Tennessee Titans due to a foot injury. He still ranks second in the NFL in rushing yards this year, while also leading the league in carries and ranking fourth in rushing touchdowns. Without the injury, he will almost definitely be leading in rushing yards. He was well on his way to another rushing title and a second consecutive 1000 yard season.

#1 - Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts - 1205 rushing yards

With Derrick Henry injured, Jonathan Taylor is starting to run away with the rushing yards title. He is nearly 300 yards clear of the competition as he continues his dominant 2021 NFL season. He also leads the league in touchdowns and is one of only two players to be averaging over 100 rushing yards per game this year. If a non-quarterback wins the NFL MVP this year, it will likely be Jonathan Taylor.
