#3 - Nick Bosa, San Francisco 49ers, 14 sacks

Coming in at joint third on the list of NFL stats leaders in sacks is Nick Bosa of the San Francisco 49ers. Not only does he have 14 sacks, he also has humongous yardage at 114 and 18 tackles for a loss. Both of these numbers are the highest among all the players featured on this list of NFL stats leaders in sacks.

He has also recorded 3 forced fumbles and 1 pass deflection. While his 42 tackles may not look like much, 34 of them have been solo. It underscores the athleticism of Nick Bosa and his leadership on the field.

#3 - Robert Quinn, Chicago Bears, 14 sacks

Our final couple of NFL stats leaders in sacks are both favorites for NFL defensive player of the year. Coming in at second is Myles Garrett of the Cleveland Browns.

A consistent performer over the years, he has maintained his sparkling form this season as well. He has recorded 15 sacks and 15 tackles for a total loss of 85 yards. He also has a single pass deflection. He has also forced one fumble, recovered one and returned one for a touchdown.

#1 - T.J. Watt, Pittsburgh Steelers, 16 sacks

T.J. Watt leads our NFL stats leaders list of sacks with 16 sacks of his own. He has been a force of nature and will be looking to join his brother J.J. Watt on the roll call for NFL defensive player of the year.

He has recorded, in addition to sacks, 16 tackles for loss. He has also been responsbile for 4 forced fumbles and 4 pass deflections. He has additionally recovered 2 fumbles. He also has 48 tackles with 35 of them solo. Astonishingly, he has become the NFL stats leader in sacks in just 11 games.
