2. T.J. Watt, Pittsburgh (12.5)

When it rains, it pours in Pittsburgh: Steelers fans' cries of "But we didn't have Watt!" were rendered null and void on Sunday in Cincinnati, as the Steel Curtain was torn down to the tune of a 41-10 thrashing that allowed the Bengals to earn their first sweep of the yearly pair since 2009. Less than 24 hours later, Watt was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list due to a positive test that will keep him out of a crucial divisional showdown against the Ravens on Sunday (4:25 PM ET, CBS), a contest that could serve as a de facto elimination game for the hosts at Heinz Field.

1. Myles Garrett, Cleveland (14)

The Cleveland Browns' revolution... or lack thereof... will be televised as four of their final six games get national treatment as they try to earn consecutive NFL Playoff berths for the first time since 1985-89.

Garrett and the defenders did what they could in defeat, forcing four interceptions from Lamar Jackson and limiting a strong Ravens offense to a mere 13 points. With 8.5 sacks sitting between Garrett and history — Michael Strahan's NFL single-season record — the Browns' playoff push will endure an even brighter spotlight moving forward.
