In the past four years, Patrick Mahomes has participated in three Super Bowls. If you think that's not a sign of a winner, take a look at the real estate holdings he has accumulated over a short period of time.

Mahomes resided at his father's house in Texas before being selected to play in the NFL. As soon as he committed to the Kansas City Chiefs, he bought a penthouse there.

Mahomes spent $1.8 million on a three-bedroom, four-bathroom property in Kansas City in January 2019. The building is about 4,300 square feet and sits on 1.4 acres of ground.

Despite being a 1953 construction, the house today has a modern aesthetic. The gorgeous, tastefully refurbished property has three bedrooms.

The rooms are enormous, with high ceilings, a chef's kitchen, a 1,250 square foot primary suite, an office, an exercise room, and a flex space that Mahomes probably uses as an in-home gym. He once displayed approximately 180 pairs of shoes in the home's shoe closet on an episode of Sneaker Closet.

There are elaborate stone fireplaces in the main bedroom, both sitting areas, and another area. There is also a home gym and a wet bar. The backyard also has a beautiful in-ground pool surrounded by a spacious rock terrace perfect for entertaining or unwinding.

According to Mahomes' plans for the backyard, the house features a green area where his kids may play and appears to be bordered by trees. The Mission Hills Country Club's opulent setting and facilities are just a short drive from the property, while Arrowhead Stadium is only nine miles away.
