As a normal type of personality, Marina is one of the earliest villagers to get up in the morning, around 6:00 AM in fact. An early riser, she’ll almost always be there to give you a friendly hello. Marina gets along well with other normal, peppy lazy, smug, and snooty villagers. In fact, she gets along well with nearly everyone, except for villagers who are cranky or sisterly. If you villagers with those personalities, be expecting an argument or two.

Marina is a pink octopus with eight appendages. Her body is mostly pink, with the exception of yellow blush and black eyes. She has a small tuft of hair and wears a pastel sweater with stars in the design.

Getting a villager you want in New Horizons is particularly tricky, as there is only one surefire way to do so, the rest is up to luck. There are two primary methods of getting Marina in your village, the first is using Nook Miles to fly to an island and see if she is there. Keep in mind if you do this you’ll have to have an open plot available. The next is to wait and see if she’ll appear at your campsite. Either way, both methods are luck-based, so it’s completely up to chance.
