Harold Ramrez was born on September 6, 1994, in Cartagena, Colombia, and is a Colombian professional baseball outfielder for the Tampa Bay Rays of Major League Baseball (MLB).

Ramirez signed as an international free agent with the Pittsburgh Pirates in July 2011. He was sent to the minor leagues. In 71 games for the Short Season-A Jamestown Jammers in 2013, he hit .285 with five home runs, 40 RBI, and 23 stolen bases.

Ramrez signed a minor-league contract with the Miami Marlins on November 26, 2018. He made his Major League debut with the Miami Marlins on May 11, 2019. He has also played for the Cleveland Guardians. On March 25, 2022, Ramrez was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays.

Ramrez represents the Colombian National team internationally. He had 15 at-bats during the 2023 World Baseball Classic and batted .133/.188/.133.
