Tyler Allen Glasnow, nicknamed "Baby Giraffe", is a pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers in Major League Baseball (MLB), as of 2025. Hailing from Newhall, California, United States, he was drafted as the #152nd overall pick by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the 2011 MLB Draft and debuted with the Pittsburgh Pirates on July 7, 2016. He played for the team from 2016 to 2018 before departing for the Tampa Bay Rays in 2018. He was a member of the Tampa Bay Rays from 2018 to 2023 before joining the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2024.

Prior to his major league career, Tyler Glasnow played varsity baseball at William S. Hart High School in Santa Clarita, California, United States. Throughout his career, he has achieved 869 strikeouts in 681.2 innings pitched in 154 games.
