Jeff Monken, born on April 15, 1967, is a college football coach. He serves as the head football coach at the United States Military Academy's Army Black Knights, a position he has held since 2014. Under his leadership, the Army has achieved significant success, including an AAC Championship in 2024, two Lambert Trophies in 2018, and 2020, and an overall record of 81–56.

Before joining the Army Black Knights, Monken was the head coach at Georgia Southern University from 2010 to 2013. During his tenure, he led the team to three FCS Playoff Semifinal appearances and two Southern Conference championships. Monken’s coaching career began in 1989 as a graduate assistant at Hawaii, where he worked under Paul Johnson. He later held roles at Arizona State, Buffalo, Navy, and Georgia Tech, primarily as a running backs coach and special teams coordinator. Monken is widely known for building competitive teams and earning awards like the George Munger Award in 2018 and AAC Coach of the Year in 2024.
