#4 DC vs RR in 2008: 431 runs
Hyderabad was the venue on April 24th, 2008 when the Rajasthan Royals visited the Deccan Chargers. After losing the toss, DC were put in to bat first and suffered a couple of quick setbacks. Andrew Symonds, who came in to bat at number 4, took it upon himself to take them to a substantial score.
He notched up a brilliant unbeaten 117 off just 53 balls with 11 fours and 7 sixes that meant DC put up a huge total of 214 on the board.
RR despite losing a wicket in the third over were kept in the game by a blistering partnership of 98 runs for the second wicket between Graeme Smith and Yusuf Pathan. The Indian batsman scored 61 off only 28 balls and the South African got 71 off 45.
A series of wickets followed and the match hung in the balance. It was down to the skipper, Shane Warne, to take them home, and he played a cameo of 22 off 9 balls to take his side to victory.
