The UEFA Conference League is the third-tier European football competition organised by the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA). Established in 2021, the Conference League was previously known as the UEFA Europa Conference League before being renamed in 2024. Teams from lower-ranked UEFA member associations as well as clubs from top European leagues compete in the tournament.
The UEFA Conference League champions qualify for the UEFA Europa League the following season, unless they also earn a spot in the UEFA Champions League by their domestic league finish. As of May 2025, only three Conference League editions have happened. AS Roma won the inaugural edition, followed by West Ham United and Olympiacos. A total of 101 clubs have participated (including the clubs in the 2024-25 season) in the Conference League.
