Akshay Bhatia, an American professional golfer, was born on January 31, 2002. He competes on the PGA Tour as of March 2025. After his 2025 Players Championship, tied for a third-place finish, his world ranking rose to world No. 21, his career high. He joined the PGA Tour in 2023, four seasons after turning professional in 2019.

Bhatia has won six professional events, including two on the PGA Tour - the 2023 Barracuda Championship and the 2024 Valero Texas Open. His first-ever pro win was at the 2020 ST 11 @ Old South Golf on the Swing Thought Tour. He has also played on the Korn Ferry Tour, through which he earned his Special Temporary Member status on the PGA Tour.

Akshay Bhatia’s bag is filled with Callaway clubs, featuring his driver, mini driver, fairway wood, hybrid, irons, and wedges. His woods and hybrid are paired with Fujikura Ventus Black shafts, while his irons and wedges use KBS shafts for control and consistency. His putting game is strong due to sole talent multiplied with an Odyssey putter and he plays a Callaway Chrome Tour ball (via Golf Monthly).

Akshay Bhatia's Driver- Callaway's Elyte Triple Diamond

In the 2025 season, Bhatia began using the Callaway Elyte Triple Diamond driver with a loft angle set at nine degrees, fitted with a Fujikura Ventus Black 7 X shaft. He used the Callaway Rogue ST Max. Further, he adds two grams to the heel and four grams to the toe of this clubhead, using a lot of lead tape.

Bhatia has added a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Ti 340 mini-driver to his bag, and the head is 13.5 degrees with a one-degree drop. He also uses a three-wood, a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Max, both fitted with Fujikura Ventus Black 8X shafts. Golf Monthly reported that the Max model of three-wood is one of the best fairways of 2024.

Further, Bhatia uses a hybrid Apex UW early prototype from Callaway, the Ventus Black 10 X, which again has a Fujikura shaft. To satisfy his yardage needs, he had the 19-degree head bent to just less than 18 degrees.

Akshay Bhatia's Irons- Callaway's X Forged UT & Apex TCB Raw

Akshay Bhatia uses two Callaway irons in the 2025 season, an X Forged UT 4-iron and an Apex TCB Raw 5-PW, both fitted with KBS $-Taper 125 S+ shafts. As per Golf Monthly, Apex TCB irons are one of the best irons on the market and have been suggested to golfers who prefer forgiveness along with shaping their shots.

In the 2025 season, Bhatia uses a three-wedge setup of Callaway Opus wedges with 50-10S, 54-10S, and 60-08C types, all fitted with KBS Hi-Rev 2.0 135 X shafts, as per Golf Monthly.

Akshay Bhatia's Putter- Odyssey Jailbird 380

Although Bhatia has a full Callaway bag, he uses an Odyssey putter of the Jailbird 380 model. The same model is being used by Keegan Bradley, Rickie Fowler, and Wyndham Clark, as per Golf Monthly.
