The Dallas Cowboys entered Week 11 leading the NFL in total offense as well as points scored per game. The Chiefs defense was ranked in the bottom ten in yards allowed and in the bottom half of the NFL in points allowed per game. The matchup in Week 11 was clearly favorable for the Cowboys' high-powered offense.

The Chiefs defense stepped up in this game and completely shut down the Cowboys offense. They forced Dak Prescott to throw two interceptions and didn't allow the Cowboys to score any touchdowns. The pass rush was all over Prescott, with Chris Jones leading the way with 3.5 sacks.

#2 - Jonathan Taylor explodes against NFL's top ranked defense

Jonathan Taylor had a monster game in Week 11. It was one of the best single-game performances by any player in NFL history. His massive performance included 204 total yards and five total touchdowns. He was just one touchdown shy of the single-game NFL record.

Taylor helped the Colts score 41 points while upsetting the Buffalo Bills in a blowout victory. What makes this result so surprising is how good the Bills defense has been. They entered Week 11 leading the NFL in both yards allowed per game and points allowed per game.

#1 - Tennessee Titans upset by Houston Texans

The Houston Texans executed one of the biggest upsets of the 2021 NFL season when they defeated the surging Tennessee Titans. The Titans entered Week 11 on a six-game winning streak, the longest active in the NFL, while the Texans were on an eight-game losing streak, also the longest active.

This was a battle between the hottest team in the league at the present, the Titans, and the coldest team, the Texans. It was projected to be a fairly easy victory for the Titans, but that's not how it played out. Ryan Tannehill threw four interceptions to give the Texans their first victory since Week 1.
