When not hitting home runs over the summer, New York sports fans are cursing the name of 'Judge' in the fall. The Giants, fully trapped in a dangerous cycle of NFL futility that's usually reserved for their green MetLife Stadium brethren, have made little progress over the last two seasons.

If the Giants were to let Judge go, they would hire their third different coach over five seasons. Sure, there's something to be said about continuity in coaching, but is this type of football worth continuing?

-Seattle Seahawks

Carroll's 2021 endeavors carry a large asterisk: his Seahawks lost Russell Wilson for several games due to a rare injury that has sunk them to the bottom of a competitive NFC West.

How Seattle looked without Wilson was bad enough. But their defensive efforts make the Legion of Boom feel like a distant memory and the struggles don't even come with the comfort of a high draft pick (which was dealt to the New York Jets in exchange for safety Jamal Adams).

Seattle is on pace for its first losing season since 2011 (Carroll's second year at the helm) and a potential rebuild with Wilson may be unlikely as he may enter free agency.

It's possible the Seahawks could look for a change at the top.
