Marshawn Lynch will forever be known as one of the NFL's greatest running backs and personalities. The former NFL All-Pro, known as "Beast Mode," found himself in a cameo role that was anything but "beast mode." Lynch made a cameo in the fourth season of the show "Brooklyn Nine-Nine."

The former running back portrayed himself as a key witness to fugitives who were fleeing from a police van. However, he really didn't witness anything because he was preoccupied eating a quesadilla.

One of the detectives on the show, Rosa Diaz, was overjoyed to meet Lynch since she revered how much he despised speaking to the media. Yet, Diaz was disappointed when she discovered he was an open book while questioning him. During the questioning, Lynch made a confession while talking about the prison break:

"I don't really be telling nobody this, but I like to sleep with the fan on, even when it's chilly outside. All about that white noise, baby."

Marshawn Lynch had around a minute on-screen during the episode. But he demonstrated that he's a natural actor. Terry Crews, who plays Sergeant Terry Jeffords on the show, spoke highly of Lynch's acting in the episode.

Crews said:

“He’ s a natural. With acting, it’s about not acting. When you’re just yourself, it’s authentic. It’s real.”

The former NFL star has found himself in other roles on TV, proving how multifaceted he is.

Marshawn Lynch and his other TV roles proved he's more than "Beast Mode"

Lynch was involved in TV well before "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," naturally playing himself. He made two different appearances on the show "The League," first in 2014 and then in 2015. Given that the show centered around fantasy football, it felt right to have the five-time Pro Bowler make cameos. Fast forward to 2020, the Super Bowl-winner saw himself in a role unlike any other.

Marshawn Lynch played the role of "Giggles" in season three of the HBO show "Westworld." Giggles was a law breaker from Los Angeles who was known to work with the characters Ash and Caleb Nichols. As for the former Seattle Seahawks star, he's proven how versatile he is on and off the field.
