Gabrielle Union reveals which QB her group chat is leaning towards

This week, Gabrielle Union made an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers. Interestingly, we found out which NFL team Union roots for, and which QB is the current highlight of her group chat. After all, the team you support and QB you love might not be the same.

To those unaware, Union grew up in the Bay Area.

Naturally, the actress is inclined to support the San Francisco 49ers. However, the favorite in their group chat is Jalen Hurts, the young Philadelphia Eagles quarterback.

"So apparently the group chat is all throwing all of our weight behind Jalen Hurts," Gabrielle Union said. "He does well for himself."

However, the 50-year-old refrained from giving her own opinion. After all, she needed to go back to a happy home.

"I'd like to go home to a happy home so I'm not gonna comment there. But, the streets are saying..."

Union here is referring to her husband, former NBA icon Dwyane Wade.

"For the older kids, he's like the new Warren Moon."

Jalen Hurts' fans commented on Gabrielle Union's clip, stating that they wanted to gatekeep their QB forever and were unhappy with the attention he was getting. Others were just laughing at the situation, while a few younger fans wondered who Moon was.

Moon, now retired, was a QB who played 23 professional years.

Does Gabrielle Union's husband Dwyane Wade also support the 49ers?

For most of his career, Wade played for the Miami Heat, bringing home three NBA titles. Considering his association with the city, one could assume Wade's decision to support the Miami Dolphins.

Wade was certainly interested in purchasing an NFL team with Rick Ross.

“I move forward on it,” Wade told GQ. “I move forward on it. 100 percent.
“I go in with, ‘Hey, if I’m gonna do this, I need this opened up for others.’ I don’t want to be the only one at the table. I never want to be the only one eating well. I want other people at the table, so I can have a great conversation with everybody and everybody doing well."

Wade explained that if he ever gets the opportunity, he would love to bring others with him so they can team up together. His home team, the Dolphins, could certainly be an option.

While he is yet to acquire a stake with any NFL team, Wade has a stake in the Utah Jazz of the NBA.
