Aaron Rodgers is expected to be traded to the New York Jets in the coming days, and Jets fans are eagerly awaiting the arrival of their new quarterback. For the majority of the offseason, Rodgers has spent his time in California, and he recently linked up with a prominent personality.

The Green Bay Packers quarterback recently shared a photo with anti-vax crusader Robert Kennedy Jr. as they met in Santa Monica.

This photo could bring Rodgers back into the spotlight, as he has been quite vocal about his refusal to take the vaccine. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. rose to prominence in the vaccine opposition campaign. Kennedy effectively used his talent to fuel vaccine rejection.

The situation is a bit tricky as Rodgers is expected to join a team whose owner is one of the manufacturers of the COVID-19 vaccine. The New York Jets are owned by Woody Johnson and Christopher Johnson of Johnson & Johnson, and it will be interesting to see what the New York media will perceive of the situation once the four-time NFL MVP officially joins the team.

Rodgers has faced a lot of backlash for his stance on vaccines and even allegedly lied about his immunization status during the 2021 NFL season.

Aaron Rodgers has already expressed his desire to play for the New York Jets next season, and the Green Bay Packers are likewise willing to move on.

However, the deal has not yet been finalized because the teams have yet to agree on compensation. According to reports, the Packers are seeking several first-round picks in exchange for Aaron Rodgers, but the Jets are hesitant to do so.

The AFC East team desire to acquire Rodgers without giving up significant assets since they do not wish to jeopardize their future. Hopefully, the situation will be resolved quickly, and all parties will begin preparing for the upcoming season.

Upon the arrival of Rodgers, the New York Jets will immediately become a Super Bowl contender, but the pressure will arise on Rodgers as well. He hasn't played in a big market before, hence everyone will be ready to shred him if the quarterback provides them with an opportunity to do so.
