Mike Sainristil has begun a new chapter in his relationship with his girlfriend, Seliana Carvalho, as the couple announced their engagement. On Monday, the Washington Commanders star proposed to Carvalho in a romantic poolside setting.

However, it wasn't until Tuesday that the two decided to break the news to their fans with a joint Instagram post. The post featured a handful of pictures from the couple's engagement ceremony.

"Beginning of a new chapter, but the story continues. 6/9/25," Carvalho wrote.

In the first picture, Sainristil knelt to propose to Carvalho. It was followed by a snapshot of the couple sharing a romantic kiss. On the third side, Carvalho showed off her beautiful engagement ring. The last slide featured a close-up shot of Carvalho and Sainristil posing with their hands on her baby bump.

Following his engagement with Carvalho, Sainristil shared a three-word message in the comment section of the aforementioned Instagram post.

"This is forever," Sainristil wrote.

Seliana Carvalho shared a joint Instagram reel with Mike Sainristil to reveal her second pregnancy news. The reel featured a hilarious skit in which the couple expressed their nervousness before checking the pregnancy test results.

After a few seconds of discussion, Carvalho asked Sainristil to check the pregnancy test, which came out to be positive. The influencer later hugged the cornerback, showing her baby bump.

"All jokes aside, we’re so blessed," Carvalho captioned the post.

Mike Sainristil reportedly started dating Seliana Carvalho in 2021. Two years after getting into a relationship, Carvalho and Sainristil announced their first pregnancy with daughter Summer Elizabeth. The two now look forward to welcoming their second child this year.
