The Tennessee Titans suffered a brutal collapse last season. After going 7-3 to start the season, they lost their next seven games and ultimately finished outside the playoffs.
As a result, they have made some major changes ahead of 2023. They began by firing multiple members of their coaching staff, most notably offensive coordinator Todd Downing, under whom, they were third-to-last in yardage and 28th in scoring.

#1 Atlanta Falcons
The Big Lead's Liam McKeone first reported that the Falcons could be a good trade destination for Henry, and the likes of CBS Sports' Cody Benjamin and Sports Illustrated's Isaiah Delgado agree.
If the Falcons pull off this move, then they have themselves a massive upgrade at the ground game. Tyler Allgeier (pictured) broke 1,000 yards in his rookie season, but when paired with ""King Henry", they may be the dominant ground offense in division that has just lost Leonard Fournette from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
#2 Chicago Bears
Another team that could use an upgrade at RB is the Chicago Bears, as identified by McKeone. After posting career lows on almost every major statistic, David Montgomery is crossing over to the divisional rival Detroit Lions.
To fill the gap, the Bears have signed Henry's former backup D'Onta Foreman (pictured). He had his breakthrough season in 2022, when he became the Carolina Panthers' lead rusher after Christian McCaffrey's departure for San Francisco.
A reunion with Henry could prove dividends for the Bears, as they could give Kyle Fields more room to throw passes.
#3 Buffalo Bills
Despite being the best team in the AFC East, the Buffalo Bills are not reating their laurels.
With Devin Singletary now a Texan, the Bills could use someone who can relieve Josh Allen (who broke 700 rushing yards in the last two seasons). They have somewhat solved this by snapping up former Patriot Damien Harris, but adding Henry to the roster would give the Bills a powerful short-yardage option and allow Allen to focus more on lobbing passes to his wideouts like Stefon Diggs.
