After a painful defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl LVII, the Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Sirianni declared that his squad would transform the hurt of disappointment into 'strength'. The Eagles were beaten 38-35 at the State Farm Stadium in Arizona by the slimmest of margins.
After capturing their maiden Super Bowl title against the New England Patriots half a decade ago, the Eagles were hoping to win their second Lombardi Trophy, but they eventually fell short.
There is little possibility that the Eagles, who will probably look the same next season, or quarterback Jalen Hurts will devote much time lamenting the defeat, though.

"I'm going into Year 4 hungrier than ever, starving for more, and I just want to challenge myself to be the best quarterback, leader, man, for my teammates and this city, and impact the people around me in the right way so maybe the next time around we can finish it off the way we want to."
The Eagles will now need to bounce back and focus on reaching new heights in the upcoming campaign. The squad's 2022 regular season was just as successful as any team could have hoped for, thanks to a strong MVP candidate at quarterback, a potent defensive unit and a standout running game. They reached the Super Bowl after making an impression all season long.
The Philadelphia Eagles will now play the top teams from the AFC West, NFC South and NFC North, as they won their division this year. Their opponents for their upcoming 2023 season are listed here, but the time and date of the meetings haven't been announced yet.
