Micah Parsons was one of the biggest snubs for the first NFL Players Association First Team All-Pro released on Wednesday.
The Cowboys superstar lost out to two other legends. Nick Bosa from the San Francisco 49ers and Myles Garrett from the Cleveland Browns were chosen as the two edge rushers.
Bosa led the league with 18.5 sacks, Garrett finished the regular season with 16, and Parsons had 13.5. The second-year defender didn't seem bothered to be left off the list:
It's difficult to make an argument for Parsons over either Bosa or Garrett. Bosa is the probable Defensive Player of the Year, while Garrett was a one-man wrecking crew for the Browns' defensive line. They were more dominant and had better stats than the Cowboys star, but no one disputes that he was also great in 2022.
One can't deny Parsons' statement as the Cowboys have a difficult playoff game on Monday.

The Cowboys will play in the Wild Card Round against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday. As the fifth seed and not a division champion, Dallas will travel to Tampa Bay to play at Raymond James Stadium.
The Cowboys finished the regular season with a 12-5 record, while the Buccaneers had an 8-9 record. Both teams lost in Week 18.
How was Micah Parsons' 2022 season?
The second-year defensive end played in every game and notched 13.5 sacks. However, it was curious to see that he had multiple sacks in six different games.
He also had 27 quarterback hits, three forced fumbles, and defended three passes. He quickly ascended to superstar status after a fantastic rookie year and there's no doubt that he's currently the Cowboys' best defensive player.
While his numbers dropped a little bit in 2022, it was likely a result of defenders paying more attention to him as opposed to Randy Gregory and DeMarcus Lawrence from 2021. Nonetheless, he has 26.5 sacks in the first two years of his career.
Even if he does not make the First-Team All-Pro from the Associated Press, he has been recognized as a star already, having been voted to his second Pro Bowl.
