TCU wide receiver Derius Davis has had one of the most impressive combines thus far. The 5 ft 8 wide out ran a 4.36 40-yard dash at the combine, impressing many scouts and teams.

Davis had the second-fastest 40 time after LSU'a Trey Palmer ran a 4.33 40-time.

Davis had the fastest 10-yard split with a time of 1.46.

He's recorded over 1,400 yards and nine touchdowns and returned three special teams touchdowns. The 22-year-old spent five seasons with the team, but will only be 22 at the beginning of the season.

He may have boosted his draft stock with the combine he had. Any team could view him as a good special-teamer or slot receiver.

While Davis helped his draft stock and name rise, he won't be one of the first few wide receivers taken in the draft.

His teammate Quentin Johnson could be one of the first wide receivers taken in the draft. He has the ideal size of 6 ft. 4 inches and 215 lbs.

He had a breakout season this past year as he recorded 60 receptions for 1,069 yards and six touchdowns. In his first two seasons combined, he only recorded 55 catches for 1,069 yards and eight touchdowns.

Despite a lack of production in the national championship vs. Georgia, where he recorded one catch for three yards, he's still slated to be one of the top wide out prospects.

Other top wide receiver prospects include Jordan Addison, Zay Flowers, and Josh Downs.
