IN PHOTOS: Olivia Culpo sums up stunning roadtrip with boyfriend Christian McCaffrey

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey and his girlfriend, Olivia Culpo, have spent a portion of their offseason on an unforgettable trip. Culpo shared that they are currently on a RV roadtrip on her Instagram page.

In a reel posted this week, she showed her followers what the RV looked like and explained how it was always something she wanted to do. She said that she and McCaffrey packed up their bags and their dog Oliver and got in the RV and began traveling across the United States.

She didn't share their exact location or route but did say that this is the absolute favorite trip that she's ever been on.

"This is my favorite trip I've ever been on. I've always really wanted to do an RV trip so Christian and I packed our bags and brought Oliver here with us and left for the open road."

Olivia Culpo also went on to explain that it was a learning experience for the two to learn how to operate the RV. She said thet there were a lot of steps necessary to hook up the RV when stopped.

Additional posts showed her and Christian McCaffrey at different locations and even in an all-terrain vehicle at one point. This road trip is taking place just a few weeks after the couple spent time back in Charlotte, North Carolina. This was the first time they had ventured back to the Tar Heel State since the running back was traded from the Carolina Panthers to the 49ers.

When was Olivia Culpo crowned Miss Universe?

Oliva Culpo, who was born and raised in Rhode Island, first entered the pageant world in 2012. She ran for and won the Miss Rhode Island pageant, the first pageant she entered. That win qualified her to be a contestant in the 2012 Miss USA pageant, which she won.

In December 2012, she became the eighth contestant from the United States to win the Miss Universe pageant. She was the first from the United States to win since 1997 when Brook Lee did so. She has also done some modeling since her pageant run, which includes posing for Sports illustrated.

With over 5.3 million followers on Instagram, the former Miss Universe is now a brand ambassador and influencer for some of the top companies in fashion and beauty, including L'Oreal cosmetics and Kipling handbags.
