The Philadelphia Eagles have been a juggernaut for most of this season. They still currently hold the best record in the NFL, but they're beginning to lose key pieces of the puzzle.
Jalen Hurts suffered a shoulder injury with no clear timetable for return and in last week's loss, the Eagles also lost one of their top linemen.
According to Ian Rapoport, Lane Johnson has now suffered a serious abdominal injury. Rapoport tweeted:
"Eagles Pro Bowl OT Lane Johnson suffered an abdominal injury that will knock him out the rest of the regular season (two more games), sources say. TBD after that."
The regular season is only two more weeks, so the fact that Johnson is out for the rest of the regular season isn't so concerning. What is concerning for a team that had all the pieces for a deep postseason run is the fact that he might not be back after those two games.
This places an extreme importance on the Eagles holding on to the NFC's top seed. They are currently 13-2 and lead all NFL teams.
However, the Minnesota Vikings are now just one game behind them for the only playoff bye week available. The Dallas Cowboys are still in play for the division, which would cost the Eagles dearly.
Even the San Francisco 49ers could nab the top seed from Philadelphia. This makes these games without Johnson (and potentially without Hurts) very dangerous.

If the Philadelphia Eagles can get their injured stars back and hold the top seed in the NFC, they have to be a favorites for the Super Bowl this year.
They have been the odds-on favorites for most of the year, but they have more competition now. According to FanDuel, they are no longer the favorites:
