Russell Wilson's wife, Ciara, and Vanessa Bryant have given a peek at their friendship on social media.

Vanessa Bryant has devoted the past five years to keeping the memory of her late husband, Kobe Bryant, and daughter Gianna alive. This year, Father's Day brought a flash of friendship when longtime friend Ciara spent a day at Disneyland with her on a sunny day.

In a candid photo shared via Instagram Stories, Vanessa and Ciara posed with warm smiles and matching Minnie Mouse ears,

Ciara reposted the image with a simple six-word caption: “Love you so much V Boo.”

Russell Wilson, who inked a deal with the New York Giants in the offseason after playing for the Denver Broncos and Pittsburgh Steelers, is now going through the team's offseason program and minicamp.

Vanessa has also been busy of late. Only a few days before the Disneyland trip, she was marking her daughter Natalia's graduation from USC. She also put up a loving Father's Day message for Kobe Bryant, with a group photo and an accompanying note laden with love and memory.

Vanessa Bryant also continues to partner with philanthropic activities. She does so through organisations such as the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation. It was set up to open doors for disadvantaged kids and preserve the values her daughter Gianna lived by.

Bryant's recent Disneyland trip is the latest in a series of sightings where Bryant and Ciara have been seen together. Ciara marked Bryant's birthday in May with a photo from a previous Disney trip.
