University of Kentucky quarterback Will Levis shocked everyone this week when he posted 'then and now' pictures of himself on social media.

The first set of shirtless photos were apparently taken in December, which the quarterback refers to as the 'worst shape of his life' due to recent injuries. The second set of photos were taken this month, just in time for the NFL Combine as well as his Kentucky Pro Day.

The photos show Levis' body as much more muscular and toned, and it clearly looks like he may have dropped a few pounds. While many NFL fans are impressed with the transformation, some have questioned whether the former Kentucky quarterback used performance enhancing drugs, or PEDs, to help him get into shape so quickly.

The quarterback retweeted the viral photos of him and said that he mainly just posted them to show his love and appreciation for all of those who helped him get to where he is now.

While there is no indication that Levis or any other NFL prospect for that matter used a performance enhancing drug to prepare for the draft, it raises the question of drug testing for prospects.

All athletes are drug tested during the NFL Combine process. Each athlete must submit to a urine analysis that tests for all illegal substances that are banned by the National Football League.

How long did QB Will Levis play at Kentucky?

Quarterback Will Levis committed and attended Penn State University, where he was the backup to Sean Clifford from 2018 through 2020. He redshirted his freshman year and then made his first collegiate appearance in 2019.

Between the 2019 and 2020 college football seasons, he threw a combined 61 passes on 102 attempts for 644 yards and three touchdown passes and rushed for 473 yards and six touchdowns as well.

With Clifford deciding to continue his college football career, Levis decided to transfer to Kentucky. He then had a breakout season in his first as a starter. He then led the Wildcats to a 10-3 record in 13 starts, throwing for 2,826 yards and 24 touchdowns, while also rushing for 376 yards and nine touchdowns.

He then had another successful season in 2022 before dealing with an ongoing leg injury. He started just 11 games last season, but still threw for 2,405 yards and 19 touchdowns. He is now considered one of the top quarterback prospects in this year's NFL Draft. With the likelihood that he will be drafted in the top ten.
