Skip Bayless calls Aaron Rodgers "blame-deflecting, finger-pointing diva”

Aaron Rodgers' appearance on "The Pat McAfee Show" on Wednesday had everyone talking.

The 39 year old quarterback admitted that he plans to play for the New York Jets this season and is just awaiting the trade to become official. On Thursday morning, Skip Bayless and Shannon Sharpe spoke on FS1's "Undisputed" about Rodgers' appearance and everything that has transpired since the season ended.

Bayless said that he wanted to reiterate that everything he has ever said about Aaron Rodgers was true. Bayless said that 14 years ago he mentioned that Rodgers blames everyone else but himself for everything. He also said that he thought Rodgers was a "finger-pointing diva" and was incapable of being a leader.

"14 years ago I said this guy is a blame deflecting, finger-pointing diva, low leadership intangibles who is a master media manipulator that comes up small when it really matters."

Bayless even added that when it's time to show up on the field, Rodgers isn't capable of winning in the big moments. Mentioning the lone Super Bowl title he has in 18 seasons with the Green Bay Packers.

Bayless said that the Packers grew tired of Rodgers' antics as they were eager to trade him after winning the NFL MVP award four times and a Lombardi Trophy.

Last week, it was rumored that quarterback Aaron Rodgers had a wish list of players that he wanted the New York Jets to sign.

While speaking on "The Pat McAfee Show," he said that he didn't have a list of demands. He said that the only thing he asks of the New York Jets is for transparency, something he claimed he never got from the Packers.

“That’s not the reality. It’s so stupid to think I would do that.”

On Thursday morning, Skip Bayless commented on the quarterback's comments that all he wanted was transparency. Saying that it was a shock to hear that from someone who has been anything but transparent, especially over the last few years.

Bayless went on to mention when Rodgers lied about his COVID-19 vaccination status, claiming that he was 'immunized' but just not against the virus. The "Undisputed" host thinks that the Green Bay Packers may be better off without the quarterback and the ongoing drama.

The interesting thing is that Rodgers hasn't actually been traded just yet, so he might be throwing the Packers under the bus a bit early.
