“They’re disgusted” - Packers insider claims team feels a sense of urgency to move on from Aaron Rodgers

Aaron Rodgers is taking the scenic route on deciding whether to don shoulder pads and jersey for another year. But the Green Bay Packers may have already decided that No. 12 won't be doing so for them.

At least, that is what veteran beat writer and insider Bob McGinn said on the "Go Long" podcast via CBS Sports. Here's how he put it:

"They are done with Rodgers. He's not coming back. I mean, they're disgusted with him, and they're done with him. And they're moving on... They think [Jordan Love's] the second coming now."

If the team does indeed move on, No. 12's final moving image in pads with the team was with an arm around Randall Cobb through the Lambeau tunnel. It was almost an entirely lost season for the franchise as the quarterback started 3-1 before hitting a wall.

The team dropped to 4-8 and most had essentially written off the team's chances. However, when Week 18 rolled around, the team was facing a win-and-in scenario against the Detroit Lions. Adams has already declared that he wants No. 12 back on his side in Las Vegas. The question is whether the quarterback, if he is traded, wants to join him in return.
