No Gisele Bundchen? Tom Brady rides solo for Patriots owner Robert Kraft's star-studded Manhattan wedding

Tom Brady's 2022 season has not gotten of to a perfectly ideal start, it would seem.

Reports have continued to hint at a separation from his wife Gisele Bundchen for weeks, with the supermodel reportedly asking for a divorce.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, on the other hand, won their game against the Atlanta Falcons last week but haven't looked up to scratch, owing to injury issues.

Between the on-field uncertainty and the off-field drama, Brady chiseled out a little time to attend Robert Kraft's wedding this week.

The New England Patriots owner married Dr Dana Blumberg, with the wedding coming as a bit of a surprise. The event was flooded with celebrity guests, and Brady, naturally, was one one of them.

Interestingly, Brady showed up without Gisele Bundchen as his plus one. The former Patriots QB and Bundchen have reportedly been at odds for weeks, with the latter living separately.

As expected, the focus was on Tom Brady.

“Everyone was going up to Brady,” an insider told Page Six.

Brady arrived in a black SUV, donning a classic black suit, white shirt and no tie. Throughout the wedding, the 45-year-old star hung out with Jon Bon Jovi, Michael Rubin and Drew Bledsoe, who were also present at the wedding.

Ed Sheeran, Tommy Hilfiger, Adam Silver, David Zadlav, Shari Redstone, Elton John and Ari Emanuel were also present at the flashy lower Manhattan wedding.

Even after Brady started playing with the Bucs, he maintained a close bond with Kraft. Brady did, after all, win six rings with the Patriots over a span of 20 years.

Bundchen's absence at the wedding could not, however, be overlooked.

Over the years, Brady and Bundchen have often attended events together, be it award shows, ceremonies or weddings.

As things stand, Bundchen and Tom Brady are yet to make a direct statement about their marital woes. While reports are hinting at an eventual divorce, the couple is yet to officially separate.

Bundchen recently commented on a relationship quote, probably hinting at current woes. The 42-year-old model used a lone prayer emoji in the post, which spoke of inconsistent partners:

"You can't be in a committed relationship with someone who is inconsistent with you. Read that again," read the Instagram post.

Apparently, Brady's decision to unretire caused a rift between the two.

Bundchen wanted Tom Brady to focus on their family, which could only happen if he retired.

Even Brady's friends appear to be upset with the Bucs QB. They thought he would give in to Bundchen's demands and work to reconcile with his wife.

“Gisele and Tom’s friends are upset at Tom for going back on his word and coming out of retirement. They hate the way Tom is refusing to bend for Gisele," a source told US Weekly.

As the 2022 season progresses, fans will have to wait for either Bundchen or Brady to make a statement.
