For months, reports hinted at trouble in paradise for Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen. Married for around 13 years, they were indeed the NFL's power couple. That being said, their divorce has been amicable from both sides.
Brady is focusing on the 2022 NFL season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, while Bundchen is expected to take on more work for magazines and brands. However, the former couple will be prioritizing the same thing: their children.
In fact, thanks to their eldest son Jack, Bundchen and Brady have interacted online for the first time since their divorce.
Brady took to Instagram to share an image of his son Jack out on the field, practicing. The Buccaneers QB can be seen in the background, observing his son with hands on his hips. Brady wrote in his caption:
"My inspiration."
Bundchen was one of the commenters on the post, replying with a simple heart. While the red heart was certainly meant for their eldest son, it was an interaction with Brady.
John "Jack" Edward Thomas Moynahan is Brady's eldest son, who was born to him and his ex, actress Bridget Moynahan. Bundchen, who had just started dating Brady, helped raise Jack.
Moynahan came forward with the pregnancy some time after Brady and Bundchen got together.

Brady and Bundchen started dating in 2006, only to almost call it quits weeks later. During an interview with Vanity Fair in 2009, Bundchen revealed how stressed and concerned she was. However, she decided to stick with Brady and help raise Jack:
“It was definitely a surprise for both of us. In the beginning you’re living this romantic fantasy; you’re thinking ... and then, whoops—wake-up call. We were dating two and a half months when he found out, and it was a very challenging situation. Obviously, in the beginning, it’s not the ideal thing.
She added that in the end, Jack and the news turned out to be a blessing:
“I think it was a blessing, because otherwise I don’t think I would have known what he was made of, and he wouldn’t have known what I was made of,” she said.
Naturally, even after their divorce, they still make time for their children.
The 42-year-old supermodel recently moved into a Miami house near Tom Brady's. While it will be her own space, Bundchen will be able to co-parent their children from the same city.
