Damar Hamlin was rushed to a Cincinnati hospital immediately after he suffered a cardiac arrest in the NFL game between the Bills and Bengals.
Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest following a routine tackle performed on Tee Higgins in the first quarter of the week 17 fixture. The tackle left him motionless on the turf, but the medical staff quickly attended to him.
Immediately after Hamlin's condition became apparent, the game was suspended to a yet-to-be-decided date. Hamlin remains in critical condition at the Cincinnati hospital at the time of writing. Our prayers go out to him and his family.
