I'll have to play spoiler if you are yet to find out. So, the reason why the Philadelphia Eagles logo is facing left is that when the Eagle in the logo faces left, the wings form an 'E', which stands for Eagle.

Interesting right? So yes, that's why the Eagles logo is facing left rather than right. So, how old were you when you found out the reason for this unique logo motif?

How have Philadelphia Eagles performed this season?

The Philadelphia Eagles have arguably been the best and most exciting teams in this year's NFL, trouncing almost every team they have faced.

Coming into the season, Nick Sirianni's men were expected to compete for a playoff spot, but nothing special. However, as the weeks passed, the NFL discovered that the Eagles were the real deal.

Philadelphia was the last team to lose in the league, as they went an impressive 8-0 before a surprise loss to the Washington Commanders. However, that setback wasn't enough to stop their surge up the NFL leaderboard.

They finished the season with a 14-3 record, only losing to the Commanders, Dallas Cowboys and the New Orleans Saints. In the process, they booked themselves a wildcard bye due to being the number one seed in the NFC Conference.

Their first playoff game of the season was a 38-7 demolition of the New York Giants, with all their key players coming to the party. That was followed with a 31-7 win over the San Francisco 49ers in the Conference Championship game. Their next game is against Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, as both teams look to win just their second Super Bowl in team history.

Who is this season's MVP for Philadelphia Eagles?

The Philadelphia Eagles have been a solid unit all season and have played like champions. They can thank a host of players for that: the likes of Jason Kelce, AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith. However, the Eagles' MVP this season is none other than their Pro Bowler QB Jalen Hurts.

Hurts has been a force to be reckoned with all season, with the year three QB proving all his doubters wrong. He has put up a stat line of 3,701 passing yards, 22 touchdowns and six interceptions.

He also totaled 760 rushing yards and 13 rushing touchdowns for the season. Eagles' fans will hope that he outduels Patrick Mahomes on Sunday in a battle between two of the game's best QBs.
